One of the best parties I've ever been too.  All of the dj's played some
dope ass house.  Jason Blakemore's set stood out but that's probably
because I'm a DJ Trance fan club member.

The people at that party were really cool.  It's refreshing to experience
a party without the commercial vibe.  Free smoothies, Free massages, and smiling faces.  Are all house parties like this?

Amen. I havent been to an all house music party in a long time.
But Tropical turned out perfect. The vibe was unbeatable, the
music was beautiful, and the bathroom was amazing. They had
toilet paper AND soap! Even had lip balm and candles! And it
was clean! We got there during John Kelley's set and by the
end of Jason's set, my dance energy was spent. At the end
of the party, during Ben's set they were giving out water for
free, and we finished off the morning sitting around a small
table by a fire drinking tea, of all things.

Thank you for bringing Tropical into existance. The Seattle Tropical and this past weekend have brought back some faith in me that indoor gatherings are once again worth looking into. Just wanted to write and give props for a great party last Friday. I had a really good time. The venue, the crowd and the vibe were all perfect. I love small and intimate parties. The fire outside was a great idea too. I was about to leave and get some stuff for Smores, but everyone there looked soooo not-sober, I figured I wouldn't have many people wanting to roast marshmallows. hehe :-)

The music was pretty tight too. I just wish Kelley would have came on later in the night. When I got to the map point around 12:30 and saw the lineup, I raced to the party to catch the last of his set. I barely made it and of course he was going off as usual. He had problems with the needle skipping or something though... I feel kind of bad for him.   Everyone stopped dancing for a min... but then things went back to normal and the party raged on!

Well anyway, I guess I should stop rambling on... overall TROPICAL was a sweet party. I'll definitely be at your future events! Thanks again!
