Yes,Yes! Great Vibe,Great People,Great Music & Great Venue! Tropical
3-Year will be a party I will never forget! I have never seen people get that crazy
on the Dance Floor. First DJ Brad layed
down the House with his Tech touch and took us on a great DJ Brad journey. Then DJ Dazy
came on the decks with a Live Bass Player? Who was that? You guys were the shit together!
After the Bass player stopped, Dazy went into her Funky, funky smooth House. I heard
snipitz of great 80's jams that made me almost wet my pants. Then came the man we were all
waiting for Johnny Fiasco. Need I say more...he was amazing! He laid down these
psychodelic house records that were like, oh my gawd! Chunky,Thick & Fat.
The energy was so thick during his set that nobody was leaving the dance floor. Mr. Annand
was on right after Johnny and his mixing was on on on! What a good mix from the last
record that Johnny fiasco played to the first that Mr. Annand layed down. I was very
impressed with Mr. Annand. It has been a while since I was able to wind down
the evening with great Tropical House from the creater of Tropical. Happy 3-Year Ben...and
Thanks for everything!
I hope everyone had as much fun as I did at Tropical. Like Ben says, "...It's the
crowd that makes Tropical..." It sure does! You guys rock! I hope to see some of you
at EARTHDANCE this weekend.
Peace,

Had a great time at the tropical this sat - nice turn out (but not so
rediculious you couldnt dance - all the DJs were on point, sound sys was great and CLEAN -
not too loud and not too soft. Especially nice to hear senior annand dropping some
deep-tech at the end of the night, which is refreshing considering how few 'name' DJs in
LA are reprezentin tech house. Go Ben!
until next time,

A very fine production! Everyone involved deserves a big pat on
the back. I thought everyone played great. Can anyone answer me this? How many times has
Johnny Fiasco played in L.A? I saw him last year at regal beagle, but I can't remember
another time when he actually played. I think it was great of ben to bring him out. I
think it was just what L.A needed. Absolutely flawless mixing. Definately a nice change
from the same dirty dozen every month. Thanks Ben!
P.S.
DAZY YOU ROCK HOMEGIRL!

Tropical was by far was one of the cleanest, most fresh, most comfortable, most
friendly, most decorative, most musically attractive party I've been to since...well, THE
LAST TROPICAL! As always Ben made everything just right, all the way down to the fresh
fruit served in morning. I missed Brad, caught the tail end of Dazy's set, in & out
during Johnny Fiasco (had to take someone home!), and just in time for Mr. Annand. By the
way Ben, great skills: Perfect blending...nice and smooth! Thanks for taking it deep, I
really needed it. Looking forward to the next Tropical.

Tropical was AMAZING, great people, great space, great music, great
vibe... GREAT GREAT GREAT.... =)
Yes Brian on the bass was really good, however, we were having issues hearing what we were
both doing so we stopped. There will be another jam session together along with some
percussions. I'll keep you updated.
